  • Wholemeal bread1× slice of bread (35 g)
  • Ham1× slice (20 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Parsley, fresh4× leaf (4 g)
  • Chilli powder1 g
  • Provencal herbs1× pinch (1 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground0.5× pinch (1 g)

How to make Shrimps with ham and toast

  1. 1. Fry the shrimps in heated oil

  2. 2. Prepare the sauce:

  3. 3. Blanch then chop the tomatoes, thinly slice the ham, and press half of the garlic. Fry all the ingredients, adding chilli and Provençal herbs

  4. 4. Serve the shrimps with the toast dowsed in sauce

  5. 5. Toast with herbs and garlic

  6. 6. Finely chop the parsley and half of the garlic, then stir them in with the olive oil and oregano

  7. 7. Next, pour it over the bread and bake for a few minutes in an oven pre-heated to 160C
