  • Brown rice3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Chicken breast with courgette, tomatoes and rice

  1. 1. Slice the mango and onion

  2. 2. Grease aluminium foil with oil and place the tomatoes on it

  3. 3. Season the meat with salt and pepper and place it on the tomatoes

  4. 4. Cover everything with courgette slices and wrap tightly in foil

  5. 5. Place in a pre-heated oven (180C) for 30 minutes.

  6. 6. Serve with boiled rice
