  • Water1× cup (250 ml)
  • Natural yoghurt1× package (150 g)
  • Mixed vegetables, frozen, boiled in salted water0.5× portion (100 g)
  • Cheese Cheddar1× slice (20 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× leaf (2 g)
  • Pepper, black2× pinch (2 g)
  • Bay leaf, dried1× leaf (2 g)

How to make Green bean soup

  1. 1. Boil the green beans in the broth until soft

  2. 2. Add the yoghurt mixed with grated cheese

  3. 3. Season to taste and mix in the parsley

  4. 4. Vegetable broth

  5. 5. Finely chop the vegetables and pour cold water over them

  6. 6. Add the pepper and laurel leaf

  7. 7. Cook on a low heat for 2 hours

  8. 8. Once cooked, add salt to taste and drain through a sieve
