  • Sweet pepper4× slice (120 g)
  • White rice easy cook5× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Coconut milk0.25× cup (57.5 ml)
  • Onion5.5× slice (55 g)
  • Soy sauce1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Curry, powder5× pinch (5 g)

How to make Chicken in coconut milk with peppers and rice

  1. 1. Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces, the finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Dice the pepper and add it to the chicken. Pour coconut milk over everything, add the curry powder and soya sauce, bring to the boil then cook everything for around 5 mins.

  3. 3. Serve with boiled rice.
