  • Cottage cheese25× teaspoon (250 g)
  • Mozzarella cheese1× portion (125 g)
  • Eggs chicken2× portion (120 g)
  • Wheat flour, white, plain7× tablespoon (105 g)
  • Chives, fresh2× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Khachapuri

  1. 1. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, so that the yolks remain whole.

  2. 2. Mix the flour, cheese, egg whites, salt, pepper and chopped chives together in a bowl. Divide the resulting dough into two parts.

  3. 3. Line a baking tray with baking paper, and arrange the two portions of dough formed into boats. Place in an oven pre-heated to 190C for 17 minutes.

  4. 4. Add the grated mozzarella to the partly baked khachapuri and bake for another 8 minutes.

  5. 5. After this time, place an egg yolk in each khachapuri and bake for another 2-3 minutes (the yolks should not set).
