How to make Pasta and mushroom salad

  1. 1. Peel and dice the mushrooms, and drizzle with lemon juice. Set aside for a few minutes then drain

  2. 2. Cut the pepper into strips, and bake for a few minutes in an oven preheated to 180C

  3. 3. Mix the peppers and mushrooms with the al dente pasta 4. Season with basil and drizzle with olive oil
