How to make Spicy Turkish style eggs

  1. 1. Boil the oats in water

  2. 2. Boil the water separately, add a little salt and a tbs of vinegar

  3. 3. Crack the eggs into the water, boil for 3 minutes

  4. 4. Pour the yoghurt on the oatflakes, sprinkle with sliced peppers, drizzle with olive oil and place the eggs on the top, then sprinkle the seasoning over everything
