How to make Shrimps with cocktail tomatoes and toast

  1. 1. Fry the the thinly sliced garlic and chopped parsley in olive oil.

  2. 2. Add the shelled and gutted shrimps, and the tomatoes cut in half. Season with salt and pepper, then fry for around 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3. Toast the bread in the oven or toaster.

  4. 4. Serve the shrimps drizzled with lemon juice along with the toast.
