  • Water1× tablespoon (10 ml)

How to make Turkey and courgette burgers

  1. 1. Mince the turkey meat.

  2. 2. Grate the courgette with a large-holed grater

  3. 3. Glaze the chopped onion and garlic, seasoned with oregano and cumin, in 2/3 of the olive oil. Once it is ready, add the courgette and fry for another 2-3 min.

  4. 4. Let the contents of the pan cool, then add it to the meat. Season with chopped parsley, salt and pepper, add water and stir everything together.

  5. 5. Shape the prepared mass by hand into small burgers, then grill them in a heated pan greased with olive oil, for about 3 minutes on each side.

  6. 6. Steam the green beans. When they are ready, drizzle with 1/3 of the olive oil, and lightly season with salt and pepper.

  7. 7. Sere the burgers along with the beans.
