  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Chives, fresh1× tablespoon (5 g)

  • Pepper, black0.5× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Curd cheese omelette with tomatoes, spinach and chives

  1. 1. Blend the cheese into a smooth mass along with the salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them into a foam.

  3. 3. Add the previously blended cheese and flour to the egg mass and mix together thoroughly.

  4. 4. Fry the onion, halved tomatoes and spinach in a pan greased with olive oil, then pour the previously prepared mass on top.

  5. 5. Cover the pan, reduce the heat and fry the omelette until the top sets. Once it does, hold down the lid and vigorously turn the pan over and replace the upside down omelette in the pan.

  6. 6. Fry the omelette on the other side for about 2 minutes, then slide it onto a plate.

  7. 7. Serve garnished with chopped chives.
