How to make Chicken in mango and coconut sauce with millet groats

  1. 1. Boil the groats according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. 2. Heat a tbs of olive oil in a deep pan, and lightly fry the chopped onion and garlic.

  3. 3. Add the seasoning, finely chopped mango, vinegar, coconut milk and milk, then boil for 15 min on a low heat, then blend everything together into a smooth sauce with a hand-held blender.

  4. 4. Wash the chicken, chop it into small pieces and add it to the sauce, then stew for 15-20 minutes until it turns brown, stirring occasionally.

  5. 5. Serve the chicken in the sauce with the boiled millet groats.
