  • Lemon6× slice (60 g)
  • Onion5.5× slice (55 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Salt3× teaspoon (9 g)
  • Dill, fresh1.5× teaspoon (4.5 g)
  • Pepper, black0.5× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Cod with green beans and potatoes

  1. 1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them into medium sized pieces and boil in salted water until soft (around 20 min). Drain and leave to cool.

  2. 2. Heat the oven to 180C. C.

  3. 3. Wash the cod, dry it with paper towels and rub olive oil (half of the total amount) on both sides, then season with salt and pepper. Place the fillets in a baking tray lined with baking paper, and arrange the lemon slices on top. Once prepared in this way, bake the cod for about 20-25 min.

  4. 4. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan in the remaining oil. When the onion is glazed, add the beans to the pan and cover. Stew the beans until soft (approx. 10 min). Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5. Serve the cod with the potatoes sprinkled with dill, and the beans.
