  • Potato200 g
  • Cottage cheese5× tablespoon (100 g)
  • Natural yoghurt3× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Radish red3× root (45 g)
  • Chives, fresh3× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Pepper, black1× teaspoon (3 g)

How to make Baked potatoes with curd cheese

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 200C. Wash the potatoes thoroughly without peeling them, then cut them in half.

  2. 2. Pierce the inner side of the potatoes with a fork, add salt and pepper then put them in the oven for around 45 min until soft.

  3. 3. Meanwhile chop the chives and radishes very finely, and mix the yoghurt and cheese together carefully.

  4. 4. Mix the vegetables together (leave some chives for garnish) with the cheese mass, and season everything with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5. Serve the cheese on the baked potato halves, drizzle everything with linseed oil and garnish with the remaining chives.
