How to make Courgette with bacon, fried egg and pumpkin seeds

  1. 1. Slice the courgette. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave on a colander for 10 minutes

  2. 2. Heat up a grill pan with oil. Grill or fry the courgette on both sides

  3. 3. Rinse the lettuce and spread it out on a plate. Arrange the courgette on top

  4. 4. Fry the bacon, set it aside, then cut it into small pieces. Fry the eggs in the same pan

  5. 5. Place the fried eggs on the courgette, then sprinkle with the chopped bacon. Salt the egg and add pepper to taste

  6. 6. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan. The sprinkle them over the finished dish
