How to make Chicken nuggets with tomato and lettuce salad

  1. 1. Clean and dice the chicken breasts

  2. 2. Mix together the almond flour and seasoning in one bowl, whisk the egg in another. Coat the meat in the egg and then in the flour mix

  3. 3. Heat up a pan to a medium heat and melt the lard. Reduce the heat and fry the nuggets for a few minutes on each side

  4. 4. Salad: Wash the vegetables. Shred the lettuce into small pieces. Slice the tomatoes. Stir in with the olive oil

  5. 5. Serve the ready nuggets with the salad
