  • Skimmed milk2× tablespoon (20 ml)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black0.5× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Omelette with asparagus and feta

  1. 1. Remove the hard ends of the asparagus spears (the asparagus will snap at the right place)

  2. 2. Slice the spears diagonally into 1 cm pieces. Boil water in a pan with a pinch of salt. Add the asparagus and boil for about 2 minutes Transfer it to cold water to finish the boiling process. Then remove it and dry it

  3. 3. Whisk the egg with milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. 4. Melt the butter in a pan. Pour in the egg mass. Fry for 1 minute. Then place the asparagus i nit and fry under cover for 2-3 minutes until the entire egg mass has set. Towards the end, sprinkle the omelette with crumbled feta. Remove from the heat and serve at once
