  • Broccoli green, fresh or frozen4× floret (200 g)
  • Mushrooms common2× portion (200 g)
  • Mozzarella cheese10× slice (150 g)
  • Smoked bacon, boneless120 g
  • Lard5× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Water5× teaspoon (25 ml)
  • Mixed spices2 g

How to make Mushrooms stuffed with bacon, broccoli and cheese

  1. 1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, cut off the stems and chop finely

  2. 2. Finely dice the broccoli, bacon and cheese.

  3. 3. Meanwhile heat up the fat. Add the bacon and fry until brown. Add the broccoli and mushroom stems to the bacon.

  4. 4. Then add a few tsp of water and stew under cover for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid to let the water evaporate. Take the pan off the heat, season and add half of the cheese. Stir everything together

  5. 5. Place the remaining cheese on the upside-down mushroom caps. Put the stuffing on the mushrooms, squeezing it in gently

  6. 6. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180C, and bake for 20 minutes
