How to make French cheese souffle

  1. 1. Put the frying pan on a low heat, and combine the butter and almond flour in it. Stir until the whole thickens

  2. 2. Add the yolks and brie, and a pinch of salt Mix thoroughly

  3. 3. Slowly add water or almond milk, stirring the contents of the pan continuously

  4. 4. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until it forms a stiff mass. Gently add the mass to the ingredients in the pan

  5. 5. Pour the mass formed into four greased ramekins. Bake for 3 minutes at maximum temperature, then lower the temperature to 200C, and continue baking for another 20 minutes
