  • Whole-Grain Pasta1.5× portion (150 g)
  • Spinach4× handful (100 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Penne pasta with tomatoes, spinach and burrata

  1. 1. Boil the pasta al dente.

  2. 2. Wash the spinach and tomatoes, then slice the tomatoes in half.

  3. 3. Fry the tomatoes and spinach in olive oil in olive oil for around 2-3 minutes, then add the pasta to it and stir everything together.

  4. 4. Transfer the pasta to a plate. Arrange the burrata on top of the pasta, in the centre. Season with salt and pepper.
