How to make Cheese, tomato and cucumber keto sandwich

  1. 1. Heat up the oven to around 150°C.

  2. 2. Separate the egg whites from the yolk into two bowls.

  3. 3. Whisk the egg whites until stiff with a mixer.

  4. 4. Add the baking powder to the egg whites and continue whisking until the mass becomes glossy.

  5. 5. Mix the cream cheese with the yolks until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture acquires a pale colour.

  6. 6. Slowly add the whisked whites to the yolk and cheese mix, and mix together.

  7. 7. Spread the dough out with a tablespoon onto baking paper, in portions 1-2 cm apart, sprinkle them with sunflower seeds and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 150°C. After removing, leave to cool.

  8. 8. Spread the cooled rolls with mayonnaise.

  9. 9. Lay the lettuce, cheese, tomato and cucumber on one roll, and cover it with the other roll.
