  • Rice noodles1× package (200 g)
  • Tomatoes, canned, whole contents0.5× package (200 g)

  • Tom Yum paste30 g
  • Fish sauce2× tablespoon (20 g)

How to make Tom yum soup with shrimps

  1. 1. Pour the broth into a pan, add the tom yum paste and bring to the boil. Add the coconut milk, tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Boil for around 5 minutes.

  2. 2. Add the shelled and gutted shrimps, and the noodles. Boil for around 1 minute on a low heat. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice.

  3. 3. Add the chopped chives.
