  • Lemon1× piece (80 g)
  • Eggs chicken yolk1× piece (20 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Salt2× teaspoon (6 g)

How to make Potatoes with alioli sauce

  1. 1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then dice them into medium sized pieces and boil in salted water until soft (around 20 min). Drain and leave to cool.

  2. 2. To prepare the alioli sauce, place the egg yolks and peeled garlic in a blender then leave them for 15 minutes until all the ingredients are at room temperature.

  3. 3. Then start to blend the ingredients, and while they are blending add the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and oil in small portions. Finish once the sauce has become a smooth, even mass.

  4. 4. Lastly, finely chop the parsley and mix the potatoes with the sauce and parsley until they are lightly covered.
