  • Loose Red Peppers1× piece (120 g)
  • Large Free Range Eggs1× piece (57 g)
  • Spring onions2× piece (40 g)
  • Tamari gluten free soy sauce2× tablespoon (40 g)
  • KTC Pure Butter Ghee 2kg2× tablespoon (24 g)
  • Garlic3× clove (15 g)
  • Toasted Sesame Oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Ginger, fresh2× teaspoon (6 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Keto Cauliflower Egg Fried Rice

  1. 1. Place a sauté pan or wok on a medium heat. Add the butter and stir fry the pepper, ginger, garlic and whites of the spring onions / scallions for 3 minutes.

  2. 2. Add the cauliflower and fry for a further 3 minutes, stirring regularly. Mix through the soy sauce/tamari and salt. Push the cauliflower rice to one side of the pan and add the whisked egg. Season egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Scramble for approximately 1 minute, or until cooked to your liking, and then mix with therest of the ingredients. Stir through sesame oil and remove from the heat. Top with the green part of the onions, check the seasoning and adjust to taste.
