  • Strawberries, fresh or frozen1.5× cup (225 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Erythritol2× tablespoon (20 g)

How to make Camembert with strawberry sauce

  1. 1. Heat up the oil in a pan. Fry the camembert on both sides without letting the cheese inside melt. Leave whatever colour of rind you prefer. Remove the fried cheese

  2. 2. Wash and dry the strawberries, remove the stems

  3. 3. Put the clean strawberries in the rest of the oil. When they start to secrete juice, mash them with a spoon. Add the erythritol. Mix in then stew for about 2 minutes

  4. 4. Place the camembert on a plate and cover with the strawberry sauce
