  • Mushrooms common2× portion (200 g)
  • Mascarpone0.75× package (187.5 g)
  • Tomato1× piece (170 g)
  • Onion1× piece (120 g)
  • Olive oil3× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Garlic4× clove (20 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken breasts with mascarpone, mushrooms and tomatoes

  1. 1. Peel and chop the garlic and onions, then glaze them in a tbs of olive oil

  2. 2. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry until they turn brown

  3. 3. Blanch and peel the tomatoes. Quarter them and put them in the pan. Fry until they acquire the consistency of sauce

  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper. At the end, add the mascarpone

  5. 5. Stir until the cheese melts. Bring to the boil then set aside

  6. 6. Clean and slice the chicken breasts into cutlets. Add salt and pepper. Fry in olive oil

  7. 7. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and bring everything to the boil together

  8. 8. Transfer the finished dish to a plate
