How to make Chops in almond flour coating with cucumber and tomato

  1. 1. Wash and clean the chicken breasts, then tenderise with a mallet. Season and set aside for a while

  2. 2. Crack the egg onto a plate and whisk

  3. 3. Combine the almond flour with the seasoning

  4. 4. Roll the meat in the dry ingredients, then in the egg, then once again i the dry ingredients

  5. 5. Heat the fat well in a frying pan, lay the chops in it, then lower the heat and fry for a few minutes on each side until it turns golden

  6. 6. Once the meat is ready, serve with the sliced cucumber and tomato
