  • Spinach5× handful (125 g)
  • Butter10× tablespoon (120 g)
  • Hard cheese6× slice (120 g)
  • Cream, UHT, single6× tablespoon (90 g)
  • Water4.5× tablespoon (45 ml)
  • Garlic5× clove (25 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Shrimps in cheese and cream sauce

  1. 1. Melt 2/3 of the butter. Add the finely chopped garlic and the spinach leaves. Stew everything until the spinach is soft. Transfer to a bowl

  2. 2. Melt the rest of the butter in the same pan. Add the shrimps and stew for around 10 minutes

  3. 3. Add the spinach with garlic and butter, the cheese and the cream to the shrimps. Add salt and pepper. Mix everything together and heat for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly
