How to make Mackerel, onion, pickled cabbage and mayonnaise paste

  1. 1. Peel and finely dice the onion. Blanch it in a sieve, then drain

  2. 2. Chop the pickled cucumber into small pieces

  3. 3. Coarsely grate the cooled butter

  4. 4. Remove the skin and bones from the fish

  5. 5. Mash the fish with the butter

  6. 6. Add the onion, cucumber and mayonnaise to the rest. Season with salt and pepper while mixing
