How to make Mozzarella, bacon, cucumber and pumpkin seed salad

  1. 1. Wash and shred the lettuce, then put it in a bowl. Add the olive oil, cucumber sliced into discs, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly

  2. 2. Slice the bacon into strips and fry it with the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat

  3. 3. Dice the mozzarella into medium pieces

  4. 4. Transfer all the ingredients to the bowl with the lettuce and mix thoroughly, add your favourite herbs to taste
