  • Cauliflower1.5× floret (75 g)
  • Whole milk5× tablespoon (50 ml)
  • Cream 30 %2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Almonds1× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Turkey in almond sauce

  1. 1. Boil the cauliflower in lightly salted water

  2. 2. Roast the almond flakes (if you have whole almonds, crush them) for 2 minutes in a dry teflon pan

  3. 3. Fry the turkey in oil, add the milk, cream and roasted almonds. Stew everything under cover for around 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper

  4. 4. Serve the meat in almond sauce with cauliflower
