How to make Roast chicken with cheese and tomato

  1. 1. Slice the chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper and oregano

  2. 2. Place the chicken in a baking tray lined with paper, and pour the olive oil over. Place in a pre-heated oven (180C) for 15 minutes

  3. 3. After 15 minutes add the slices of cheese and tomato, put the meat on top and roast for another 5 min

  4. 4. Add fresh basil (optional)
