How to make Roulades with mushrooms and pickled cabbage

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C

  2. 2. Grate the mushrooms and garlic, then fry them in oil

  3. 3. Place the prepared stuffing in the middle of the tenderised piece of meat, then season it and roll it up. Wrap bacon round the outside. Place the roulades in a casserole dish and roast for approx. 15-20 min

  4. 4. Serve the ready roulades on the chopped pickled cabbage
