How to make Omelette with bacon, spinach and mushrooms

  1. 1. Thinly slice mushrooms, put them in a pan, pour over a little water then salt and simmer for about 2 minutes. Remove the cooked mushrooms from the pan

  2. 2. Beat the eggs in a glass, add pepper and mix thoroughly, dice the bacon
