  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Parsley, fresh1.5× tablespoon (9 g)

How to make Fish roasted in parsley butter

  1. 1. Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice, then season with pepper, salt and Provençal herbs

  2. 2. Heat the butter and mix it with the parsley, add the pepper, rosemary and a little salt

  3. 3. Grease sheets of aluminium foil with oil and place the fish fillets in them. Cover with the parsley butter

  4. 4. Carefully wrap up in foil and roast for about 15 minutes in an overn preheated to 200C
