How to make Roast chicken roulades with mozzarella

  1. 1. Lightly tenderise the meat, rub with olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning (thyme, pepper, salt, nutmeg, oregano), arrange the mozzarella and sliced or diced tomato in the middle and form into a roulade

  2. 2. Steam the roulade for 15 minutes or roast in the oven preheated to 180C for 25 minutes, serve with cucumber sticks
