  • Spinach4× handful (100 g)
  • Pine nuts1× tablespoon (15 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Rosemary, dried0.5× teaspoon (1.5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Tuna steak with spinach

  1. 1. Rinse and dry the tuna fillet, season with sea salt, pepper and rosemary, coat with olive oil

  2. 2. Grill the steak in a grill pan for about a minute on each side. It is best if the tuna stays pink inside. Add the pine nuts towards the end

  3. 3. Fry the rinsed and dried spinach in oil in a normal pan for around 1-2 minutes, stirring from time to time

  4. 4. Lay the spinach on a plate, place the steak and nuts on top
