  • Water8× tablespoon (80 ml)
  • Chanterelles1× handful (60 g)
  • Cream 30 %2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)

  • Sweet paprika2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Pork cutlets in chanterelle sauce

  1. 1. Thinly slice the pork, gently tenderise it, and sprinkle with salt and pepper

  2. 2. Fry the prepared meat in heated oil on each side, season with the sweet paprika and Provençal herbs, then pour water on and stew until soft

  3. 3. Wash and dice the chanterelles, then fry them in oil in a separate pan, after 10 minutes add the cream, stir and simmer for a few minutes on a low heat

  4. 4. Pour the chanterelle sauce in with the meat
