  • Chicken breast, without skin125 g
  • Smoked bacon, boneless60 g
  • Hard cheese2× slice (40 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Provencal herbs1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken roulades

  1. 1. Carefully clean and slice the chicken breasts

  2. 2. Lay the bacon slices out on a board and arrange the chicken slices on top. Place the cheese slices on top

  3. 3. Add salt, pepper and Provençal herbs to taste

  4. 4. Heat the oven to 170C

  5. 5. Heat up some oil in a pan

  6. 6. Roll the meat up, if the rolls come undone you can spike them with cocktail sticks and remove them after frying

  7. 7. Fry the rolls in a pan on a low heat, evenly on each side, until the bacon browns

  8. 8. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and place the fried rolls on it

  9. 9. Roast for approx. 5 minutes (without convection)
