How to make Fried liver with bacon

  1. 1. Wash the liver thoroughly and clean off the membranes and veins

  2. 2. Fry the diced bacon and onion in butter, season with salt, pepper and Provençal herbs

  3. 3. Once the onion and bacon soften, transfer them to a plate, then place the liver pieces in the pan and season with pepper

  4. 4. Fry the liver on a medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side

  5. 5. Salt the liver, then toss the fried onion and bacon back into the pan. Mix everything thoroughly

  6. 6. Serve with pickled cabbage
