How to make Chicken à la Jamie Oliver with salad

  1. 1. Rub the oil and seasoning (chilli, pepper, salt, paprika, oregano) into the meat

  2. 2. Rolled the seasoned meat up in baking paper and gently tenderise or roll it out with a rolling pin

  3. 3. Remove the meat from the paper and fry it in a grill pan without oil, or roast it in the oven (180C for 15 minutes)

  4. 4. Serve with salads
