How to make Cod in cream sauce with sundried tomatoes

  1. 1. Sprinkle the cod with salt, pepper and dried thyme

  2. 2. Peel and finely dice the onion

  3. 3. Heat the butter and olive oil, then glaze the onion

  4. 4. Add the cod to the onion and fry on each side for about 2 minutes

  5. 5. Prepare the pesto by blending the sundried tomatoes

  6. 6. Mix the pesto with the cream, ground sweet paprika and Provençal herbs, then pour it into the pan

  7. 7. Cook for around 4-5 minutes, until the sauce thickens

  8. 8. Pour the sauce over the fish
