How to make Pork chop in cheese and tomato sauce

  1. 1. Tenderise the meat and rub the seasoning in (salt, pepper, garlic)

  2. 2. Fry the mushrooms briefly in butter, add the mozzarella and stir until the cheese melts

  3. 3. Fry the meat, mix the olive oil together with the concentrate

  4. 4. Transfer the meat to a casserole dish, pour over the concentrate and mushrooms with cheese

  5. 5. Sprinkle the cheese over and bake for 10-15 min at 170C
