  • Halloumi, Cheese4.5× portion (90 g)
  • Skimmed milk5× tablespoon (50 ml)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Courgette4 g
  • Pepper, black2× pinch (2 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground1× pinch (2 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Omelette with halloumi and courgette

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and pour the milk in. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk thoroughly with a fork until the egg mass has a smooth consistency

  2. 2. Dice the courgette and slice the halloumi

  3. 3. Heat up some oil in a pan. Pour in the egg mass. After about a minute, add the courgette and cheese

  4. 4. Fry under cover for around 4 minutes on a medium heat. The omelette should set on top, then transfer it to a plate

  5. 5. Sprinkle the cooked omelette with oregano and pepper
