  • Hard cheese1× slice (20 g)
  • Onion1.5× slice (15 g)
  • Peppers capsicum red1× slice (15 g)

  • Parsley, fresh2× teaspoon (6 g)

How to make Omelette with vegetables and bacon

  1. 1. Fry the bacon slices in a pan, without oil, until crispy

  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and pepper Grate some cheese such as Gouda. If you have sliced cheese, simply chop it up finely

  3. 3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, and whisk them with a pinch of salt. Add the yolks right at the end and whisk for a little longer. Add the pepper, onion and cheese, and mix thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley to taste.

  4. 4. Grease a pan with oil. Pour the mix into a pan and fry on a low heat for around 5 minutes until you hear the characteristic sizzling sound. Turn the omelette over and fry for another 2 minutes

  5. 5. Place the bacon slices on the ready omelette
