  • Salmon1× piece (100 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Chives, fresh1× tablespoon (5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Omelette with courgette and salmon

  1. 1. Put the eggs in a bowl, then add the salt and freshly ground pepper, and mix everything thoroughly

  2. 2. Then add the grated courgette, drained of excess water, and half of the chives, stir again

  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pan, when the pan is heated pour in half of the egg mass and fry for around a minute, then gently turn the omelette over and fry for a moment until golden

  4. 4. Meanwhile scatter half of the sliced salmon on the omelette, fry for another two minutes until the egg turns brown on the bottom

  5. 5. Fold the omelette in half, sprinkle with freshly chopped chives
