  1. 1. Crush the nuts and roast them in a heated pan without oil, sprinkling a little salt over

  2. 2. Meanwhile, mix the eggs and milk together into an even mass

  3. 3. Press the garlic and add it to the egg mass

  4. 4. Fry the omelette in oil in a heated pan until golden on both sides
