  • Cheese, Danish blue3× slice (60 g)
  • Spinach2× handful (50 g)
  • Water2× tablespoon (20 ml)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Omelette with spinach and blue cheese

  1. 1. Rinse and chop the spinach (frozen can be used)

  2. 2. Heat the butter up in a pan, add the spinach. Fry for a minute while stirring, until the spinach turns soft and limp

  3. 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a fork, along with water, salt and pepper

  4. 4. Pour the egg mass onto the heated butter and fry for around 2 minutes

  5. 5. Then arrange the spinach, and after frying for a minute add the sliced cheese. Fry for about another half minute until the egg mass sets
