  • Dry red wine1× portion (150 ml)
  • Turkey fillet125 g
  • Courgette120 g
  • Mozzarella cheese2× slice (30 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)

How to make Turkey stewed in red wine with baked courgette

  1. 1. 1. Wash the turkey meat and cut out any membranes there may be. Then rub the salt, pepper, herbs (oregano, thyme, basil and lovage go well here) and pressed garlic clove. Leave for around 30 - 40 min

  2. 2. 2. Rinse the herbs from the meat then chop it into small pieces

  3. 3. 3. Put the meat in the heated oil and fry it. Then pour on a little water, sprinkle with some herbs, salt and pepper, and add a laurel leaf. Stew for a while then pour the red wine over the stewed meat. Stew everything for another 10 minutes or so

  4. 4. 4. Cut the courgette into 1 cm thick slices, place the mozzarella on top and bake in the oven at 180C
