  • Leek22× slice (110 g)
  • Carrot2× piece (100 g)
  • Olive oil3× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Cream of leek and apple soup

  1. 1. Slice the leek and fry in olive oil for 5 minutes.

  2. 2. Add the peeled and sliced carrots, peeled and diced potatoes and peeled and finely diced apple.

  3. 3. Fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, then add water, and season with salt, pepper and coriander.

  4. 4. Bring to the boil, cover then boil on a low heat for around 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

  5. 5. Blend together into a cream.
