How to make Poultry roulade with pickled cucumber and potatoes

  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water.

  2. 2. Lightly tenderise the meat, sprinkle with seasoning, cover with cucumber sticks and chopped onion, roll up and pin with a cocktail stick if necessary.

  3. 3. Fry the roulades for a few minutes on each side in a pan with oil, serve with potatoes, the dish can be garnished with dill.
